These terms govern every visit to and purchase from G&R Finds (“we”, “us”, “our”). 1. The store sells women’s tops and accessories from our official listings only. Prices, discount, shipping and totals shown at checkout are calculated on our server and are the amounts that apply to your order. 2. To place an order you must sign in and provide a working delivery address within our service areas (the areas and fees shown to you at checkout). By placing an order you confirm that the details you gave are accurate. 3. Placing an order starts the process shown on your order page: your order is placed, processed, handed to a delivery rider, delivered, and can be cancelled or returned under the rules below. 4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where payment is not completed, where information provided is wrong, or where our payment or support rules are not followed. When we cancel an order you have not yet paid for there is nothing to refund; if you already paid and we cancel we refund you. 5. We do not accept “no return, no exchange” as a rule. Your rights under Republic Act No. 7394 (the Consumer Act of the Philippines) always remain yours; the return and refund rules below add to, and never remove, those rights. 6. These terms may be updated; the version you accepted at checkout (shown on your order) is the version that applies to that order.
