This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies G&R Finds uses, why, and how you can control them. It should be read with the Privacy notice. 1. What cookies are A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. It can be used to keep you signed in, remember a preference, or measure how a site is used. What we use, and why Strictly necessary — these keep the store working and cannot be switched off: - Sign-in and session cookies set by our authentication provider (Clerk). They keep you signed in between pages and protect your account from unauthorised access. Without them you cannot sign in, view your orders, or check out. - Security and load-balancing cookies set by our hosting and network layer, used to route requests and block abuse. Local storage on your device — not a cookie, and not sent to us automatically: - Your shopping bag, so a guest bag survives a page reload. - Your cookie choice, so we do not ask you again on every visit. 3. What we do NOT use We do not currently use advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal information. If we add analytics or marketing tools in future, we will list them here and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set. 4. Your choice When you first visit, a notice lets you accept all cookies or keep essential cookies only. Essential cookies stay on either way because the store cannot function without them. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. 5. Browser controls You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookies you will not be able to sign in or complete an order. Blocking cookies does not clear data already stored in your browser's local storage; you can clear site data from your browser's privacy settings. 6. Legal basis For strictly necessary cookies we rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure store and on the performance of our contract with you.
