Returns, exchanges & refunds
Eligibility, deadlines, and how a return is inspected and settled.
G&R Finds Policies · version 2 · published 17/10/2026
You can request a return, exchange, or refund for a delivered order, subject to the rules below. This policy follows Republic Act No. 7394 (the Consumer Act of the Philippines): a “no return, no exchange” stance is void for defective or mislabeled items, and your statutory rights remain yours even where the rules below are more generous.
When you can request:
- Wrong item, wrong size delivered, or damaged/defective on arrival: tell us promptly after delivery — within 7 days for the quickest handling — and we will still consider later requests consistent with the law and the condition of the item.
- Change of mind (same model, unworn, tags intact): we accept requests too, but approval depends on the item being unused and returned in its original condition.
How the process works:
1. From your delivered order page, submit a request (return, exchange, or refund) and tell us the reason.
2. We review it and reply — approval or rejection — and explain the next steps in your order page.
3. If approved for return, we confirm when the items are received and inspected back with us. Stock is only restored to the catalog after that inspection.
4. If a refund is due, we refund to a destination you agree with us (bank transfer, GCash, Maya, or another method we approve). We record the transfer reference and mark the refund completed when the money actually leaves; we mark it failed honestly if it does not go through.
What may reduce or prevent a refund:
- Items used, washed, damaged after arrival, or missing parts.
- Reasonable allowance for use, as the law permits, when the item was used before the issue was reported.
If you believe we have not resolved a valid issue, you may complain to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) — including its online dispute resolution channel — under RA 7394. We cooperate fully with consumer authorities.
