Payment policy

Accepted payment methods for this store: 1. Cash on delivery (COD): pay the exact amount shown on your order to the delivery rider when your order is handed to you. The rider records the cash they collected; we keep a separate record of that money going into the business. 2. Manual bank transfer (QR): pay the exact order total to our registered payment account shown at checkout (MariBank — account name “Crist Mar De Asis”) by scanning the QR or transferring manually, then upload a screenshot or photo of the transfer receipt on your order page. How manual transfers are reviewed: - Your receipt goes to a private queue for review by G&R Finds staff. Your payment is NOT considered complete just because you uploaded a receipt. - We check that the amount matches your order total exactly and that the transfer reference matches a real transfer to our account. - Once confirmed, your payment is marked approved. If anything is wrong, we reject it and tell you exactly what to correct, and you can upload a corrected receipt. - Review is manual, so please allow us time; you will see the true status (awaiting receipt, under review, approved, rejected) on your order page at all times. We never ask for your bank password, PIN, OTP, or card number. Keep any payment proof private until it is uploaded to us.
